About the Role In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the design team—assigning and prioritising workloads, ensuring output quality, and delivering design excellence across manufacture and installation stages. This is an opportunity to lead from the front, mentor junior staff, and work closely with manufacturing and installation teams to bring complex projects to life.
