What You’ll Do Deliver engaging curriculum aligned with individual student learning needs Create a supportive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment Work collaboratively with the Head of Campus and teaching team to meet educational and wellbeing goals Support vocational learning opportunities for students Provide consistent feedback and reporting on student progress Engage with students with learning differences including ASD, ADHD, mental health challenges, and low literacy/numeracy levels What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in Education and current QCT (Queensland College of Teachers) registration Current First Aid and CPR certification Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and inclusive practices Passion for working with young people at risk of educational disengagement Strong communication and behaviour management skills A team player who thrives in a purpose-driven, collaborative environment Why Join This School?
