Hotel Service Manager Key Responsibilities : Supervise the day-to-day management of a team of housekeeping attendants, including recruiting and rostering Allocating duties to housekeeping, luggage porters and doorpersons Conduct daily inspection of rooms to ensure that cleaning and maintenance standards have been met Providing training to new room attendants, and ongoing training to all members of housekeeping team Ensure that productivity is achieved on a daily basis and rooms are ready to be checked in promptly Conferring with Managers to coordinate activities with other departments of the hotel Ensure that guest requests and other special cleaning requirements are met. Salary: $65,000- $75,000 per year Accounts Assistant Duties & Responsibilities: Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions in MYOB Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, petty cash, and MYOB business accounts Enter supplier invoices in MYOB; ensure prompt and up-to-date payments Reconcile supplier statements and fix discrepancies Enter hotel income into MYOB and reconcile receivables with bank accounts daily Manage Accounts Receivables to ensure timely collections Reconcile MYOB transactions with hotel’s and resort’s RMS system Provide admin support and perform reception duties when needed Assist in end-of-month checks for timely and accurate reports Help in producing financial reports and budgets Assist Managing Director with grant applications Perform other duties as assigned by the CFO Night Auditor Role (as needed): Check-in/out late-night guests, handle reservations, complaints, and guest reviews Manage after-hours calls and bookings Maintain professional night reception Keep customer service area clean and presentable Process night audit and reports Investigate anomalies in daily reports and takings Report and follow up on maintenance issues Oversee night housekeeping prep and quality control Monitor hotel security overnight Educational & Professional Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office and MYOB Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive, fast-thinking, and problem-solving attitude Impeccable grooming and presentation Willingness to work on rotating rosters, including weekends and holidays Salary: $70,000- $75,000 per year Front Office Attendant/Receptionist Essential Criteria Previous experience in the hospitality industry Sound knowledge in computing hospitality software, emailing, Microsoft Excel & Word Attention to detail Thrive on interaction with people and ability to quickly build rapport with guests and handle any potential complaints Confident and polite phone etiquette Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work in a team environment as well as work under pressure and unsupervised Highly organised with excellent time management skills Duties & Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guests request promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay Maintainin a proactive approach to complain handling and be confident in resolving issues Maintaining procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and documentation Balance daily cash, transaction postings and credit car remittance Actively promote and sell special promotions or facilities available within the hotel Answer all correspondence and enquiries via phone, email or in person Complying with brand standards Communicating with other departments to increase guest satisfaction Salary: $60,000- $70,000 per year
