The Role: As the Bar Manager , you'll take the lead in delivering exceptional service while overseeing bar operations, compliance, team performance, and guest experience. The venue prides itself on consistent high standards, and you’ll play a central role in upholding and growing that reputation. Package Includes: $75,000 – $85,000 Salary (DOE) Subsidised accommodation: $200/week (shared 2–3 bedroom unit, just 1km from the venue) Long-term commitment preferred Potential work available for a partner – ideal for couples seeking a shared adventure Access via sealed roads and public transport Telstra mobile coverage available Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the Food & Beverage team Ensure compliance with RSA and Food Safety regulations Maintain bar stock, oversee POS (Lightspeed), and monitor inventory Train junior staff and foster a service-driven culture Coordinate with kitchen, reception, and event managers for seamless service Assist in ordering, supplier relationships, and stock rotation Handle guest check-ins after hours Execute End of Shift procedures and maintain readiness for the next day What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership in hospitality, particularly bar or venue management Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills Solid understanding of legal and safety compliance (RSA, Food Safety, etc.) Organised, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Completed Approved Manager Training and Food Safety Supervisor Certification This is the perfect opportunity for someone who: Craves a lifestyle change or new challenge Wants to be immersed in a tight-knit community and breathtaking landscape Is ready to take the reins and run a professional, customer-first venue Ready to swap traffic lights for starry nights?
