Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS, O365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), & Active Directory Experience troubleshooting software, hardware, VPNs, networking, & backup solutions Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, firewalls, RMM, & endpoint security Passion for learning & problem-solving If you enjoy working in a support desk environment, assisting clients, challenging yourself and learning every day, we want to hear from you.
