Our client is seeking a talented and passionate Full-time Software Engineer As a Software Engineer at Great Foods, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining software systems that support our business operations across manufacturing, logistics, and customer service. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve our digital infrastructure and drive efficiency across the company. Key Responsibilities Researching, consulting, analyzing, and evaluating system program needs Develop and maintain internal systems that support food production, warehouse tracking, supply chain visibility, and inventory control Design and implement digital tools that automate manual processes in production and logistics Build and manage customer-facing platforms, including a corporate website and mobile/web apps for orders, product info, and customer engagement Ensure integration of ERP systems with other platforms (e.g., inventory, CRM, eCommerce) Debug, test, and upgrade existing software systems across the company Collaborate with production managers, logistics staff, and marketing teams to understand tech needs Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user training materials Stay up to date with food industry tech trends and recommend improvements Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures, and methods Testing, debugging, diagnosing, and correcting errors and faults in application programming Writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs, and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards Providing advice, guidance, and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or a related field Minimum 3 years’ experience in software development or engineering Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# Experience with web technologies, databases, and cloud-based infrastructure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Why Join Great Foods?
