Sales & Marketing Coordinator - Leading Property Firm — Fortitude Valley, Brisbane

Position: Sales & Marketing Coordinator Location: Fortitude Valley, QLD Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 Superannuation (dependent on experience) Office Size: National company with 100 staff, 7 in the QLD office Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Manager Company Overview: Join a leading residential project marketing firm and gain unique access to the sales and marketing strategies behind Queensland’s top development projects. Role Overview: As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting the Queensland Project Marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to work alongside digital agencies to implement and maintain marketing campaign strategies designed to attract potential purchasers to our projects. You will also work closely with our sales team, managing customer journeys and ensuring smooth internal operations. Key Responsibilities: CRM Management : Utilize CRM systems to generate valuable project insights Content Creation : Collaborate with the marketing team and agencies to develop creative content (brochures, collateral, online and social media) Advertising Management : Update and maintain paid advertising campaigns Client Coordination : Coordinate and attend client meetings Relationship Building : Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and clients through strong communication and industry knowledge Event Execution : Assist in organizing, marketing, and executing project events What We’re Looking For We need someone who is personable, organized, and has a creative approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player who can juggle multiple projects and work effectively with different stakeholders.
