The Opportunity: Drive technology for Komatsu's Western Region as an End User Compute Support Technician, directly enabling 700 users across WA. You will spearhead device deployment, asset management, and Intune-based mobile solutions, delivering vital technical support. Strong technical competencies in workstation deployment, asset management (including device imaging), secure print systems, and Microsoft 365 administration. Extensive experience with device management tools, including Intune/MDM and workstation deployment tools like Software Center and Autopilot. Experience working in an ITIL environment (certification is advantageous) High level of professionalism, work ethic, and a can-do attitude Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to self-manage workload, including managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively A customer-focused approach with a willingness to go the extra mile to resolve issues Ready to get started?
