Description About The Role: We are looking for people with strong customer service skills . Capable of efficently answering phones and greeting customers during peak sale times to assist the sales team. Able to process payments in accordance with company policy. Address customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly. Assist with maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment. Ability to move doors, unpack doors, prepare orders for installer pickup, and other ad hoc warehouse duties. The necessary degree of physical fitness is required. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise. Participate in store audits and stocktakes. Availability to work weekends is preferred. Benefits: Onsite parking. Strong communication skills – you need to be able to clearly verbalise to customers. Ability to troubleshoot issues promptly while maintaining consistent communication with customers.
