Your primary goal will be to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time, within the Bega Foods and Contract Manufacturing team (BFCM), which is part of the Domestic Customer Service team (DCS). You are a point of escalation for customer complaints and for internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the BFCM team through daily order management Address poor performance with the DCS Manager, and nurtures high performers Optimise work processes Develop talent Strengthen customer connections and partner with Sales and Logistics teams About you: Strong leadership and team management skills ideally within FMCG Exposure to customer order management and B2B sales Communicating & Influencing – the ability to influence and engage key customers, stakeholders and direct reports Authentic Leadership – Leads, coaches, inspires and motivates team and peers to achieve Flexibility & Change – able to continuously learn & evolve Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
