About the role We’re looking for a customer-focused and confident Consumer Support Officer – Sales & Service to join our awesome team. In this full-time role, you’ll help customers access our services by guiding them through the onboarding process, answering questions, explaining the benefits of our solutions, and following up outstanding paperwork. We have a strong and growing pipeline of warm to hot leads that are generated by a team of business development and relationship professionals. No cold calling is involved. Your focus will be on building trust, providing accurate information, and supporting customers through the onboarding journey. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys phone-based conversations, is motivated by helping people, can work towards targets and outcomes, and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment. This is a full time office based role. What You’ll Do Support and Engage Outbound contact to respond to enquiries from individuals, families, and aged care facilities that have expressed an interest in using our services. Explain our solutions and help guide customers through the eligibility and paperwork requirements. Build rapport and trust through clear, empathetic communication. Assist with onboarding and ensure customers are comfortable with their next steps. Sales with Purpose Call control that leads to collaborative conversations with customers to assess their needs and eligibility for our solutions. Confidently guide conversations to outcomes while maintaining a patient, respectful tone. Follow up customers who have outstanding paperwork and who have fallen out of the sales pipeline. Contribute to a Growing Business Accurately maintain records of all interactions via our CRM. Meet individual and team performance targets (KPI’s). A focus on outcomes and a results driven outlook.
