WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING - Answering customer queries via phone and e-mail - Processing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency - Filing quotes and ensuring purchase orders are actioned - Maintaining and updating the CRM database - Following up on quotations and pending orders - Liaising with the production team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries - Identify and select top tier suppliers - Secure favourable contract terms - Place orders for required goods or services - Monitor stock levels - Ensure timely deliveries that meet quality standards WHAT YOU WILL BRING - Previous/current experience in an Inbound Sales/Purchasing related role (ideally within manufacturing). - Knowledge of Microsoft packages and SAP - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven stable career history - Team player with strong collaborative skills.
