Your outreach (via phone, email, and LinkedIn) will build on that initial connection, turning interest into meaningful conversations and meetings for the sales team. What You’ll Do: Follow up with engaged lukewarm leads —prospects who have already interacted with our client (e.g., responded to marketing campaigns, visited their website, downloaded content). Understand prospects' needs/pain points and showcase the value of our client’s solutions. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Work closely with marketing to refine messaging and optimise lead engagement. Maintain accurate records of interactions in their CRM. Who You Are: 1-3 years of outbound sales or lead engagement experience (B2B is a plus). Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Comfortable starting conversations with prospects and understanding prospects' needs/pain points A “hunter” mindset – driven, results-oriented, and motivated by targets.
