As we continue our high-growth journey, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive the growth of our operations in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) markets. Job description The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth by owning the sales process end-to-end. This includes managing inbound leads, executing targeted outbound outreach, and converting qualified prospects into long-term clients. The role will be instrumental in scaling our existing channels & growing upcoming verticals — across the AU and New Zealand markets. Success in this position requires strong sales acumen, a strategic approach to pipeline development, and a proactive mindset when it comes to identifying and closing new business opportunities. Requirements Duties Own the full sales cycle – from ABM and prospecting to outreach and closing deals and onboarding clients Build and manage your pipeline through HubSpot CRM Develop and execute outbound campaigns using Lemlist, and other automation tools Use a mix of channels – including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn – to engage prospects Identify and target startups, tech companies, and local businesses in need of better customer acquisition Qualify inbound leads and convert them into happy long-term clients Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless client experience Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (both in terms of revenues and in terms of activities), with full support from the team Provide feedback to help us improve our product, pitch, and process Sales and Negotiation: Manage the negotiation and closing of new business deals (inbound and outbound) Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of new clients and to achieve revenue targets Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field; advanced degree is a plus Minimum of 4/5 years of experience in the print industry, business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of securing new business deals Knowledge of the ANZ media buying market is appreciated A strong track record of generating new business opportunities (calls, outbound, events, conferences,). Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies, with a focus on achieving revenue and growth targets Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive business performance Strong skills in Google Spreadsheet and Excel. Strong CRM and data/reporting management skills (preferably Hubspot) Willingness to travel as needed for team meetings/training, client meetings and industry events.
