We are in an exciting period of rapid growth in both accredited and non-accredited training, and we are currently seeking a high-energy Sales & Business Development Training Consultant to deliver non-accredited Sales training to employees of our major client across Australia. This role isn’t just about delivering training, it’s about engaging with our clients, growing relationships and making a real impact. Your Role at a Glance Based in Sydney, with regular travel across Australia, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of face-to-face workshops in Sales and Business Development using existing content and working with state-of-the art resources. With a fast-growing schedule of training being requested by our client’s leadership team, you will have the opportunity to flexibly choose the workshops you wish to deliver, based on your availability. This role is for the delivery of non-accredited training, so you do not require training qualifications. It is critical however that you have workplace experience in leading, training and driving teams to achieve sales success. Please note, there may also be opportunities for applicants with training qualifications and the right sales background to deliver accredited training in Management and Leadership and Business to Business Sales. Here’s what you’ll be doing Deliver Professional Training - Use your outstanding communication and innovative presentation skills to engage learners. Motivate & Influence – Use your passion and experience in sales and business development to motivate learners to seek opportunities, close deals, build relationships and drive business growth. Manage & Grow Student Success – Support learners in achieving their goals with high-quality, tailored training experiences. Grow existing client relationships - Work closely with our clients’ business leaders to understand their needs, exceed their expectations in motivating and engaging their employees and create future training opportunities. Shape the Future of Training – Assist with program development, industry consultations, and continuous course improvement. What We’re Looking For Sales & Business Development Experience – You have worked in a fast-paced, customer -facing role, leading teams to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities. Strong Communication & Influence – You’re a natural at engaging, persuading, and building rapport with customers. If you have in-house or corporate group training experience, this is a bonus. Wholesale & Business Expertise – You have experience in business leadership and/or wholesale management, ideally with experience in blue collar industries. Organisational Skills – You can juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results. Willingness to Travel – A current driver’s license and the flexibility to travel interstate.
