We are excited to be on the search for talented people to join our team and are looking forward to connecting with candidates with a diverse range of backgrounds, skills and experiences. In the Sales and Retention Specialist role, your day will include: Engaging with new and existing members via inbound and outbound campaigns to understand their needs and recommend tailored Private Health Insurance solutions. Responding to inbound enquiries from prospective members, providing product information and assisting them in selecting the right cover. Conducting outbound retention calls to engage existing members, offer support, and proactively address potential cancellations or concerns. Introducing new members to our GMHBA and Frank branded products and guiding them through the onboarding process. Participating in targeted outbound sales campaigns to attract new members and grow our customer base. Using your product knowledge and strong communication skills to build trust and ensure every member feels supported throughout their journey. Meeting and exceeding sales and retention KPIs, contributing to the team's overall success. Maintaining accurate member records and following compliance requirements in all communications. Skills And Experiences About you We are looking for people who thrive in a dynamic environment that encourages adaptability and teamwork. These roles involve explaining complex information with an empathetic and authentic communication style, and require a self-directed, organised approach to work. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (or similar tools) will be important for your success however you will receive full training in the use of our customer relationship management software, so don’t let a lack of experience in that space deter you from applying What you need to know Flexibility matters to us all therefore we encourage candidates to apply even if a full-time position may not be the best fit at this time. We are open to discussing whether part time options are suitable, noting that you must be available to attend our team training in its entirety. These roles commence on Tuesday 10th June, with four weeks full time paid training, to get you ready to connect with our members. You will work on a roster across our operational hours of 8:00 to 6:00 Monday to Friday We can only accept applications if you have the right to work in Australia The commencing base salary for this position is $67,526 per annum ($34.173 per hour) Superannuation Our people are eligible for a 25% discount on the total cost of their chosen GMHBA Ltd Private Health Insurance (conditions apply) and their immediate family can receive a 10% discount on GMHBA PHI if all eligibility criteria are met.
