Senior AI Engineer Full Time Opportunity As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll design, build and maintain robust, scalable and secure systems that integrate generative AI into real-world customer and internal applications. You’ll work across prompt orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LLMs and AI agent frameworks to deliver intelligent features — while championing code quality, performance, and reliability. You’ll collaborate with platform engineers, product teams and architects to ship features that make a real difference — with plenty of room to experiment and grow. Key Duties: Build and maintain production-grade GenAI features and APIs Apply best practices in cloud-native AI delivery (RAG, LLM integration, orchestration) Collaborate across disciplines to translate business needs into AI solutions Improve observability, maintainability and developer experience Contribute to internal frameworks, reusable components and documentation Lead code reviews, guide architectural decisions, and support platform reliability What are we looking for? Typically 5 years in software engineering, ideally with .NET, Node.js or Python Strong cloud-native engineering (AWS preferred) containerisation (Docker, K8s) Experience integrating with LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Mistral) Familiarity with LangChain, RAG, vector DBs, embeddings, agents , etc. Knowledge of ML/AI frameworks like Hugging Face, TensorFlow or PyTorch Strong API design, observability tooling, and DevOps familiarity Collaborative mindset and e xperience in Agile cross-functional teams Should you have any questions or require further information, please reach out to Alex Duke from our Talent Acquisition team .
