As the Administration Officer, Rotation, you’ll contribute to reducing breast cancer mortality and morbidity by providing high-quality administrative support across key areas such as Client Communication, Reception, Image Management, and Medical Records. Working on a casual, rotating basis, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining seamless service delivery and a positive experience for all clients. You’ll operate within a fast-paced environment, using a range of IT systems to manage information with accuracy, confidentiality, and a strong customer service focus. Reporting to the Team Leader, you'll be given the autonomy to use sound judgement and initiative while working within established guidelines. This role also offers the opportunity to assist with quality assurance activities, contribute to continuous improvement, and liaise closely with internal stakeholders to support BSSA’s mission. About You You are an organised, adaptable, and customer-focused administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. With a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, you’re committed to delivering high-quality support across a range of services. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with a wide range of clients, staff, and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure while following established processes and procedures. Experience providing confidential administrative support in a client-focused setting, with sound judgement, initiative, and autonomy in problem-solving. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems, with a solid understanding of customer service principles, general admin practices, and information security.
