In this role, you will apply your advanced administrative skills and knowledge under general direction, contributing to key operational activities and supporting the broader leadership team in ensuring service excellence. You will play a vital role in the day-to-day coordination and oversight of administrative functions, including supervising a small team, monitoring workflow, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting operational issues, tracking staff performance against key indicators, and supporting continuous improvement through constructive feedback and process monitoring. In addition, you will be expected to contribute to laboratory operations by assisting in laboratory processes.
