The Role As an Account Manager , you’ll run your own book of clients—guiding them through the world of better marketing, better selling, and smarter growth. This is part sales, part strategy, and a whole lot of impact. You’ll: Run sales calls with warm leads (no cold calling needed) Onboard clients and build 30/60/90 growth roadmaps Coach clients through sales conversations and conversion techniques Collaborate with our marketing team to activate campaigns Track performance, hit retention targets, and drive revenue Become a trusted advisor and strategic sounding board Your Scorecard Clients are growing — winning better deals, faster Your portfolio grows to $150K–$200K/month Retention is high.
