All About the Role The National Field Sales Manager's responsibilities encompass leading and managing the entire field sales team to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth. The National Field Sales Manager is responsible for building and executing a growth sales plan for Menulog Australia, ensuring the sales team is meeting targets and executing strongly and cohesively across the business in focussed areas and zones. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Management Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing field sales team Working with your direct reports to plan and prioritise their workloads, set objectives, conduct performance reviews, etc. Oversee team performance, providing guidance and support Evaluate and develop sales team members Visiting Partners alongside Sales Reps to maintain Menulog sales standards Hire and train new team members when and where required Performance Monitoring and Reporting Monitor and analyse sales reps performance metrics Prepare reports on sales performance Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions Sales Strategy and Planning Developing and executing a sales plan to meet the strong growth targets set Review and adapt all processes within the sales structure to ensure the department is operating efficiently and cohesively across the business Work closely with the Head of Sales to define and implement and reset the optimal sales organisation structure Other Responsibilities Identify new potential Partner opportunities Promote new products and services Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals Stay up-to-date with various/ new business launches and ensure the sales team is informed Can You Deliver… At least 5 years previous experience in a sales management position A demonstrated track record of success in identifying opportunities and closing new business Ability to sell and present ideas in a compelling way Strong leadership management and staff development skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure, to deadlines and holds a passion to succeed Self-motivated person who thrives in fast moving environments A confident self-starter with the ability to think strategically Hardworking and ‘get the job done at all costs’ attitude Willingness to Travel across Australia Why work at Just Eat Takeaway.com?
