Job Description What you will be doing: As Assistant Reservations manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of the daily operation & running of specific shifts within the Reservations team, ensuring the continued success of our operation. You are highly motivated to drive all business into our properties to raise occupancy levels & provide exceptional customer service along with ensuring all staff have up to date training & are performing to the best of their ability. Your experience and skills include: 1 to 2 years in a Supervisory role, preferably in a Hotel/Resort environment. Experience in the daily management of the Groups segment (Business & Leisure) – strategy implementation and quotations. Experience in the following systems desirable – Opera Cloud, Excel, Microsoft Experience with a Hotel loyalty program an asset. Available to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per the business demands.
