Right now, we’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join their Diesel Generator division . This isn’t just account management — this is about driving volume orders, unlocking new distributor networks, and playing a key role in scaling one of their most in-demand product lines. Global brand with serious capability – designed, built, and backed in-house Autonomy and ownership – juggle high-volume orders while hunting fresh opportunities No red tape – deal directly with directors and decision-makers Pathway for growth – they are open to juniors with hunger or seasoned pros ready to hit the ground running What you’ll be doing: Manage and grow relationships with distributors — existing and new Handle high-volume generator orders with accuracy and urgency Respond to inbound leads and convert them to sales — fast Prospect new clients and verticals to widen our market share Work with logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth dispatch and stock coordination Support project meetings and report directly to senior leadership What we’re looking for: Sales drive over product experience — they will teach the products if you don't have experience and you will bring the hustle Great with people, confident in a room, sharp on the phone Able to manage competing priorities and still close deals Organised, accountable, and proactive in spotting new business Bonus if you’ve sold industrial, mechanical, or energy-related products — but not essential. We’re just after someone who’ll get the job done Salary: Base salary commensurate with experience - without being vague this heavily depends on what you can bring to the table. For an inexperienced person, you could expect >65K base. For a more experienced person, this will be up for discussion but they are genuinely flexible on this Uncapped commissions Immediate start available
