About the role The Administration officer is a professional worker with proficient level of administrative skills who provides administration services within the Allied Health Hub. These services include reception and administration support to clients and clinical staff and will include working across sites depending on service demands. The administration officer has a key role in ensuring that clients receive a professional, friendly, efficient and courteous service when contacting or attending services connected to the Allied Health Hub. About you To be successful in this role you will possess: • Demonstrated experience in administrative tasks including day-to-day processes of the service including reception and telephone enquiries and computer programs. • Commitment to continuous service improvement • Excellent verbal communication skills ensuring clients and staff are treated in a friendly and helpful manner • Excellent IT skills including iPM, AlliedOne, word processing, Excel • Ability to coordinate scheduling of client appointments Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
