Demand Planner & Sales Analyst — Minto, Campbelltown Area

Job Description Take the lead in forecasting and planning customer demand for Viscount Reuse. Support our Sales and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement and make impactful decisions. Help sales team analyse sales data, create a suite of reports that helps the sales team understand their volume, pricing, customer and new business development trends to allow them to make right decisions. Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly forecast review meetings and analyze sales trends. Develop accurate demand forecasts and refine models based on market intelligence. Conduct root cause analysis on forecast errors and biases. Create and manage sales reports using SAP, Salesforce, and other data sources. Empower the Sales team with valuable insights on volume, pricing, customer behavior, and new business development trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting processes. Prepare and share the Monthly Demand decks, and take the lead in guiding our Forecast Review Meetings. Influence and engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. Lead/Manage SLOB’s reviews with sales to facilitate clearance and reduce waste. Your skills and experience: 3 years in demand planning, ideally in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution. Experience in ERP systems (preferable SAP) and strong computer skills. Advance Excel a must. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. High level of organisational skills and attention to detail when required Ability to influence and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders. Strong communication skills at the appropriate level for all stakeholders
