Role Overview: As a Sales Consultant at NetVault, you will manage relationships with existing clients and drive outbound sales activities to acquire new clients. Your role is crucial to our growth and involves collaborating with our Business Development Managers and Technical Account Managers. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Sales: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling and networking. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our products and services. Client Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling NetVault’s products. Collaboration and Reporting: Work with the marketing team to align sales strategies. Collaborate with technical teams to meet client needs. Keep accurate records of sales activities and prepare sales reports. Requirements Skills & Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or IT services. Strong understanding of internet, telephony, and cloud solutions. Proven experience with NBN, Wireless, Satellite, Fibre and ISP technologies Experperience with PBX, Voice and phone systems would be highly regarded Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, SpaceX Starlink, 3CX or VMware would be highly regarded Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-driven with a professional telephone manner and experience in a high-resilience workplace. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM, Windows and general information technology Experience in roles such as retail, telco sales, call centers, recruitment, insurance, or financial services is beneficial.
