We are seeking a Bank Administration Officer to manage daily banking transactions, reconciliations, and cash management processes for a leading property development firm in South Yarra. Description Manage daily banking transactions and over 200 bank and loan account reconciliations. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and the general ledger. Open, close, and maintain bank accounts; manage online banking access and permissions. Lead banking-related engagements and act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders. Support cash management activities and contribute to finance process improvements. Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes (revenue, expenses, accruals, debtors, cash, fixed assets). Profile Strong background in banking administration, cash management, or finance operations High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive communication style with a commitment to providing excellent internal service Previous experience with ERP systems and online banking platforms preferred Exposure to the property development sector is advantageous but not essential Job Offer Competitive salary - with opportunities for growth within a reputable property development firm.
