We are currently seeking a full-time Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage project contracts, liaise with clients and suppliers, and work closely with senior management to ensure the successful delivery of solar projects. You will be responsible for overseeing contract administration, maintaining accurate project documentation, and monitoring contractor performance. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee contracts for solar maintenance projects, insurance, suppliers, staff, and subcontractors, including preparing, reviewing, interpreting, and negotiating contract terms and conditions. Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, processes, and legal requirements, maintaining alignment with Ausgreen Solar Solutions' operational standards. Organise and coordinate audit activities by scheduling meetings, preparing required documents, and liaising effectively with internal teams and external partners. Monitor and track contract performance, invoices, deliverables, project timelines, and milestones, providing consistent updates to leadership and key stakeholders. Work collaboratively with auditors, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure efficient contract management and seamless service delivery across all projects. Proactively identify potential contract risks and implement strategies to reduce liabilities and protect project interests. Handle and resolve any disputes, variations, or claims related to maintenance contracts and service agreements. Maintain thorough, accurate, and current records of all contracts, ensuring easy retrieval for audits, reporting, and compliance purposes. Perform regular contract evaluations and audits to review contractor performance, highlight improvement areas, and implement necessary updates or changes. Keep up to date with changes in contract law, industry standards, and best practices, especially those affecting the renewable energy and construction sectors. Requirements: Relevant qualification. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a contract administration or similar role. Excellent writing and communication skills. Keen attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors. Strong analytical and organisational skills. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging $70,000K- $85,000k per year plus superannuation for a Minimum 38-hour per week.
