About the Role: We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to provide administrative support across our Specialist Installation and Kitchen & Trade Partner teams. In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with both internal teams and customers to manage delivery timelines, process payments, coordinate quotes, handle referrals, and maintain stock records. You’ll also assist with reporting, stocktakes, and general team administration. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential, along with a customer-first mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate delivery timelines, stock availability, and customer payments Provide admin support across Specialist Install and Kitchen & Trade Partner teams Respond to customer and internal team enquiries via phone and email Manage referral forms, quote follow-ups, and reporting Assist with consignment stock, selections, pricing, and ordering Support stocktakes and maintain accurate records Attend sales meetings and contribute to team operations What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a sales or logistics environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Confident in following up with customers and internal stakeholders Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing and reporting A team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach Comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment Experience with stock systems or sales order management is an advantage Why Join e&s?
