Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organised student to assist with archiving physical student and employee records for the School of Management. This short-term casual role involves entering records onto a spreadsheet and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. Responsibilities: Archive physical documents on campus. Enter data into spreadsheets accurately. Maintain privacy and confidentiality of records. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within the allocated timeframe. Key Attributes: Attention to detail. Respect for privacy and confidentiality. Good organisational skills. Effective time management. Basic Excel and computer literacy. Work Schedule: Commitment of 3-4 days per week (Monday to Thursday) for up to 4 weeks. Flexible working hours, preferably between 8 am – 5 pm. Working out of RMIT City Campus, Building 80 Jobs on Campus role – open to current students, who will be enrolled at RMIT throughout 2025. Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children Check and other checks as required by the specific role.
