They are now seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join their collaborative team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of a diverse range of projects through your technical knowledge and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed structural designs based on project and client requirements. Conduct advanced structural analysis using programs such as RAPT, Strand7, and ETABS. Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on project goals. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Undertake site inspections to inform and validate design decisions. Mentor junior engineers and support staff, and coordinate technical inputs across disciplines. Work with relative autonomy while collaborating within a supportive team. About You: 6 years of structural engineering experience within a consulting environment. Proficient in using relevant structural analysis software such as RAPT, Strand7, and ETABS. Solid understanding of Australian building codes and standards. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Confident managing stakeholders and leading components of project delivery.
