The residents from HammondCare Aged Care home in Woy Woy just love to get out and sight see around the local area. You will always be accompanied by one of our care staff who will assist them to their seats, look after the residents' care needs, and ride in the back along side them. Your impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help older people feel less isolated. Your visits will bring great joy to the clients you are matched with.
