About the role: Reporting to our Finance Manager, you will be accountable for timely administration of accounts payable function for CPA Australia. This is a key stakeholder-facing role, interacting with internal teams as well as external vendors, to ensure accurate and timely payments and maintain strong relationships. Your day to day duties will include: Deliver and maintain a high service outcome for all stakeholders by responding timely and efficiently to queries, issues, and disputes in the following areas. Accurate processing of Australian and New Zealand purchase orders, weekly payment of vendors by EFT and international monetary transactions (IMT) with appropriate financial delegation sign-off Matching and processing receipted purchase orders with invoices Processing of vendor payments by EFT/IMT/Manual Member Refunds Processing batches for all payments Daily administration of the accounts payable inbox Vendor maintenance and purchase agreements processing Administration of Corporate Credit Card facility Concur employee expense reimbursements and credit card payments Cabcharge account maintenance Month end activities, such as processing all monthly journals as per month end Ad hoc additional tasks and projects as required to assist other team members, including payment times reporting, purchase order cleansing, and supporting the organisation with optimising its financial transactions and systems.
