Our Opportunity Due to ongoing growth NEPEAN Conveyors is currently seeking a Projects and Workshop Administrator to join the team on a Monday-Friday basis at our Unanderra Workshop. This is a permanent on-going position with a standard 38-hour week. The role will involve the following: Monitor and manage NEPEAN administrative email accounts on a daily basis Raise purchase orders in accordance with procurement needs Process documentation using Redmap system Enter drawing packages into the NEPEAN database for procurement tracking Source and obtain supplier quotes as required Receipt incoming goods, approve related invoices, and confirm deliveries Process timesheets, leave forms, and assist with payroll administration Prepare and issue job-related invoices as necessary Assist with the preparation of required documentation Compile, maintain, and track Safety Files Record meeting minutes and act as scribe during meetings Monitor and track project progress to ensure job readiness Coordinate weekly paperwork delivery to Accounts via TOLL Manage Swipedon system including updating induction dates and generating reports Oversee fleet management tasks, including collection of petrol dockets Reconcile petty cash on a monthly basis Maintain secure access to employee records and petty cash as required Book accommodation and travel arrangements for NEPEAN staff as needed Manage stationery orders and office supply inventory Perform general office administration tasks such as filing, scanning, archiving, handling bundy cards, and preparing for client visits The Right Person Minimum of 1 year's relevant experience in a similar position Strong experience in data administration and customer service Intermediate experience using MS Office. Team player attitude with the ability to handle complexities within the role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. High level of initiative and determination to achieve goals and targets. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, in a busy environment.
