This role includes accountability for the administration and department environment and is an advocate role for the Central Donor initiatives. to support other departments, clinics, and the overall operations of the business. This includes donor patient program management, clinical administration, training and education, department-related support services, and health and safety. Specific responsibilities in this role will also include the following: Oversees specific donor programs Assist with the development of Donor & Surrogacy policies, procedures, and documents Manages stock control of clinic recruited gametes, including physical management of LN20 tanks and CFC database. Assists with the day to day running of semen analysis and donation/deposit room Those within Senior/Advanced experience may also undertake the following responsibilities: Supports the Donor Nurse Manager Handles patient complaints when escalated Supports orientation and buddy programs for new employees Supports training and development for new employees Assist with training for all CF clinics Assist with internal and annual audits About You (criteria) You will be patient focused, compassionate, supportive and a team culture promoter. City Fertility is seeking somebody of an Intermediate to Senior/Advanced level. Ideally you will bring the following to the role: Minimum Grade 12 qualifications Minimum 12 months experience in office, administration and reception Minimum 12 months customer service experience Experience in the IVF or donor related service industries (advantageous) Capacity to work in Australia Current state open driver’s license A successful candidate will ideally have the following experience: Intermediate understanding of Administration functions Intermediate/Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Intermediate understanding of IVF terminology (advantageous) Intermediate understanding of ART legislation in relation to donor and surrogacy (advantageous) Intermediate/Advanced understanding of legislative requirements to apply to protocols, policy, processes within a healthcare environment Practices in accordance with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) National Competency Standards for Registered Nurses, National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and functions according to the Australian College of Operating Room Nurses (ACORN) Standards Application Process If this opportunity sounds like the perfect fit for you, please apply below by the 01 June 2025 (interviews will commence immediately).
