Job Summary: Black Cat Civil are seeking an experienced two administration professionals to support our Darwin office and Workshop. The roles will undertake a number of fleet administration and account administrative activities, as well as supporting core operations based in the region. This role is perfect for someone looking for a long-term role, based in Darwin with a growing business. Skills: This opportunities are ideal for enthusiastic candidates that enjoys administration and high-volume data entry whilst working in a dynamic team environment. Minimum 2 years administration experience. Any experience in the civil earthmoving, mining or transport industries highly regarded. Competent word and excel skills. Positive attitude, team player, willingness to complete any task to a high standard. Attention to detail is a necessity. Willingness to learn. Responsibilities: Fleet Administration Officer Collating and entering tradesman timesheets and work orders. Management of work orders in our Fleet Management program General office administration and support. Administration Support Coordinate plant packs and on-hire / off-hire documentation Assist with daily docket entry Assist with end of month reporting and invoicing General office administration and support. Supporting local operations including supporting employee onboarding, collating dockets, and management support.
