Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with our client base • Engage with customers over the phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services. • Handle incoming sales enquiries and follow up on leads to generate sales opportunities. • Proactively connecting with potential and current customers, helping to grow sales and identify new opportunities • Collaborate with the external sales team to support their efforts whilst on the road • Provide support to the front desk by serving customers, answering phones and general administrative tasks • Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders and quotes. • A strong understanding of our systems, how they function, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers about them. • Maintain accurate records using our CRM system. Requirements: • Previous experience in sales / customer service. Experience in the building industry is ideal, however not essential. • Experience in building strong relationships with a diverse customer base • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and a “can do” attitude. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
