About the Role Reporting directly to the Centre Manager, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to support the day-to-day operations of a busy retail centre. You will play a key role in customer service, administrative coordination, and tenant support, ensuring a high standard of service delivery across the centre. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional front-line customer service, including: Answering phones and managing reception duties Managing wheelchair/scooter hire Handling lost & found items Responding to customer enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member Follow up on missing retailer sales data Maintain and update the key register, including labelling and organising keys Clean up and organise tenant folders on the company Share Drive Maintain general office tidiness and organise the stationery cupboard Assist the Admin Manager in following up on expired Public Liability Insurance (PLI) documents Review and enter outstanding PLI documents into Yardi Organise incoming and outgoing mail and maintain the mailroom Conduct tenant contact detail reviews to ensure up-to-date records Assist in maintaining kitchen supplies and creating a stock checklist Deliver memos and notices in coordination with the Security team About You To be successful in this role, you will: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Possess strong organisational and multitasking abilities Be proactive, reliable, and outcomes-focused Have high attention to detail and a professional approach Be comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems (experience with Yardi is advantageous) Next Steps To apply, please attach your resume and cover letter via the APPLY link on this page.
