More About the Role: In this role, you’ll manage recruitment activity across our Bus Driver and Workshop positions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience. With a focus on continuous improvement, brand representation, and strategic hiring, you’ll lead a small team and work collaboratively across departments to ensure we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time. Some responsibilities of the role include, but aren’t limited to: Lead, coach, and support your recruitment team to meet business wide staffing needs Oversee recruitment activity for driver and workshop roles, maintaining staffing levels across all regions Analyse data and recruitment metrics to drive process improvements and efficiency Partner with the digital marketing team to boost employer branding and job visibility Own job advertising, sourcing strategies, and candidate pipelines for operational roles Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and licence upgrade support Ensure compliance with all licencing and recruitment standards at every stage of the hiring journey Act as a key contact for stakeholders and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals Represent Busways at external forums and recruitment events to attract top talent About Us: Busways is the largest Australian-owned bus operator and the most experienced Australian bus specialist, delivering high-performing transport services since 1942.
