ROBAR Civil specializes in the delivery of Complex Civil Infrastructure with a national footprint. ROBAR Personnel is our employing entity and labour hire business unit. We support our own projects with the people they need to fulfil our requirements and also offer our recruitment capability to our quality clients who can take advantage of our proven capability. ROBAR Rentals manages our assets (Plant, Equipment, Vehicles and Tools) and in the same way Personnel manages the workforce. The Rental Business unit ensures we have the right gear for our projects and is also fully prepared to provide equipment solutions to our quality clients in an on-hire arrangement. Where do you fit in? We are looking to fill several Administration support roles to work in a cohesive team, led by our Office Manager. You will be primarily attached to a business unit aligned with your skill set for your day to day however you will have your colleagues to help and support you when there is time critical work to be completed. We are looking for people to fulfill the following roles in any or all of these areas: Office Administration Manager Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily office operations for a team of office staff. Lead, supervise, and mentor office administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and performance. Manage document control processes, ensuring proper handling, storage, and retrieval of documents. Develop and streamline office workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. Support the coordination of labor hire and plant rental operations in collaboration with relevant teams. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and manage office space. Oversee financial and administrative processes such as invoicing, payroll coordination, and budgeting. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes for office and field staff. Provide support in organizing meetings, events, and staff training sessions. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and policies. Handle general office correspondence and serve as a liaison between the field and office teams. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in office administration or management, preferably within the construction industry. Strong leadership and staff management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. High attention to detail and strong document control skills. Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, document management systems, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving work environment. Experience in managing workflows, HR processes, and basic accounting/admin functions. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance is an advantage. Experience with labor hire or plant and machinery rental operations is a plus Accounts and Finance Support Officer We are looking for an Accounts and Admin Assistant to play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the business as well as assisting on an administrative front. Key Responsibilities: Accounts payable/receivable, including sorting, matching, entering and processing. Reconciliation of bank statements and credit cards. General office administration and support. Ad hoc administrative support as needed. Key Skills & Qualifications: Possess a strong comprehension and ability with Microsoft excel Have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Are proficient in using accounting software. Have excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Are able to work independently. Have exceptional organisational and time management skills. Come with a positive attitude. Have the flexibility for increased hours. Our goal is to find people who, between them can cover off on the above listed experience.
