Due to the approval of several new projects, our client is now seeking an experienced Project Administrator to be responsible for all project administrative tasks within the capital engineering group. About the Role Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, key duties include: Prepare weekly & monthly reports using SAP & Excel & assist with project scheduling and cost control. Work directly with Project Engineers & Project Managers to ensure all data is collated and entered into SAP. Monitor & manage project finances against project budgets ensuring all costs are allocated correctly. Prepare & process Purchase Orders in SAP ensuring all invoices are recorded in the system. Perform various administrative duties include creating presentations in MS Powerpoint, planning meetings and scheduling tasks. Effectively liaise with all internal and external key stakeholders. About You The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience: Self motivated proactive candidate with a "can do" attitude. Sound project administration experience within an engineering environment. Sound MS Office Skills such as Word, Excel & Powerpoint. Sound knowledge of Ms Project & SAP (or other CRM systems). Strong administrative and organisational skills Well developed interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to work in a complex challenging environment. The ability to liaise at all levels & work autonomously or within a team environment.
