We're seeking a driven individual with: 5 years experience in a Broker or leadership role (TL, Assistant TL, or 2IC), within the Asset finance sector . An unwavering passion for developing and inspiring teams to achieve peak performance in a commercial environment. Hands-on experience with Cloud SAAS , including CRMs, dialler systems, and call recording platforms. Exceptional organisational and planning prowess, with meticulous attention to the intricacies of commercial finance processes. A sharp, analytical mind capable of rapid problem-solving in dynamic commercial scenarios. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, tailored for effective interaction with both clients and commercial lenders.
