Talent Right has partnered exclusively with RhinoSite for the appointment of an Internal Sales Executive, a newly created role for a highly motivated individual with a passion for the construction industry. They go beyond simply supplying site sheds — offering a comprehensive solution that includes planning, design, installation of the compound structurally as well as fitout both internally and externally, tailored specifically to client project requirements. The Role This role is not a typical outbound sales role, you will be responsible for identifying upcoming construction projects from various lead sources, searching relevant decision makers with developers and tracking down decision makers within Tier 2/3 Construction companies who are awarded building contracts, but it doesn’t end there. You will build relationships with developers (Conception stage) Construction Programme Managers, Estimators (Pre-Build Stage) and Site Project Managers (Build Stage) to ensure that RhinoSite’s compound solutions are offered at the right time within a project timeline. You will effectively engage with your decision makers, turning them into raving fans, encouraging repeat business and actively seeking referrals from existing clients for new business opportunities. This role is highly focused on quality outbound communication, you will be office-based spending your time researching leads, tracking down decision makers and making contact via the phone therefore professional communication skills are key. Once you have secured a Request for Quote (RFQ) you will then liaise with the National Business Development Manager who will take the RFQ and convert the quote into a secured contract. Your role, whilst behind the scenes is critical, you are the engine behind the sales pipeline, ensuring every lead is pursued, qualified, and progressed, this is more than just telemarketing — it’s a perfect blend of persistence, professionalism, and smart follow-through. You’ll work closely with the National BDM and use HubSpot to manage prospects, record activity and track progress. Success in this role comes from consistency, curiosity, and treating every call with the utmost professionalism representing the RhinoSite brand with pride. What You’ll Be Doing? Make high-volume outbound calls daily to construction industry stakeholders. Execute cold-calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients. Secure Request for Quotes from potential clients. Book and schedule appointments for the National BDM. Use HubSpot to track all outreach, manage follow-ups, and maintain an accurate pipeline. Build rapport with project managers, site supervisors, developers, and other relevant decision-makers. Follow up with leads regularly and ensure no opportunities are missed. Collaborate closely with the National BDM to fine-tune targeting and outreach strategy. What skills are required? Proven success in a phone-based sales or outbound appointment-setting role (minimum 3 years). Resilience and confidence – you’re comfortable handling objections and staying persistent. Highly organised with experience using CRMs (HubSpot preferred). Great phone presence with a professional, friendly and engaging tone. Someone who works like an Account Manager — focused on quality interactions and relationship-building. Construction or trade services background is a bonus (but not required). What’s in it for you?
