Team Leader - Garden Design, Landscaping and Maintenance Our Client is a specialist landscape design, construction, garden maintenance & horticulture business. With their client base spanning across the ACT & surrounds, they provide the highest standard of garden & plant care, and assist in creating tranquil stunning spaces for the clients to immerse themselves & enjoy the Canberra seasons. We are assisting our client in securing their new Team Leader; this is a role that is positioned alongside the astute business owner, to support their meticulous team of 4-5 with the maintenance of their High end residential gardens. What you need to have to be successful transplant into this company. Cert lll in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens is highly desirable A minimum of 4 years' experience in professional Garden Maintenace. Excellent Communication and personal & professional presentation skills A high attention to detail & time management , along with a meticulous approach to your work. Proven experience in leading, supporting and mentoring a small team within this environment A full Drivers licence, and white cards You will need to be experienced in landscape and garden maintenance and have the ability and skills to manage a small team to complete works to the highest standard. You will be energetic, proactive and have the ability to liaise with clients and team members. You will also demonstrate a commitment to safety and have awareness of WHSEQ.
