Your New Role As a Customer Service Representative, your job duties & responsibility include but are not limited to the following: Interact with customers for bookings, pricing, queries, service options, shipment updates Enhance customer experience and foster relationships, improve credibility and create customer loyalty Prioritization of orders and adjusting of schedules to ensure customer priority requirements are met Manage the status of customer orders through maintaining accurate data within Cargowise and communicating exceptions and delays to customers Cargowise Tasks CW Bookings Cargowise Data Entry Liaise with overseas partners & internal colleagues Customer Rate Set up Customer Summary Reports Customer Enquiries Customer Quotations Distribution of incoming emails/documents to various internal departments Customer Courtesy Service Calls What you will need to succeed Minimum 12 months Freight Forwarding experience, have sound understanding of the importing process including INCO terms, documentation, delivery and customs and quarantine requirements.
