In this pivotal role, you’ll deploy and manage IAM solutions, streamline access processes, and enhance system security — all while contributing to meaningful outcomes in a values-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support IAM deployments and integrations (preferably SailPoint). Troubleshoot and manage issues related to identities, authentication, access, and entitlements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user access experiences and implement automation. Serve as the technical lead on IAM project implementations. Ensure compliance and contribute to overall system security and service integrity. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Essential: A tertiary qualification in IT or equivalent experience and industry certifications. 3 years’ experience with Windows Server 2012 , virtualisation technologies (e.g. VMWare) . Strong experience with Azure AD , Domain Controllers , and Exchange Online . Hands-on experience with IAM implementations and integration. Successful applicants will need to complete a National Police Check and Working with Children Check. Compliance with staff immunization policies is mandatory.
