Reporting directly to the Director, the ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal and telephone skills, excel in multitasking, and demonstrate proficiency in computer skills. As a Sales Lead, you will oversee the entire sales life cycle and spearhead Business Development initiatives in collaboration with the Group Marketing Team. You should feel at ease driving the end-to-end Sales & Business Development functions tailored to the Australian market. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, sales execution, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas of growth. Utilize insights to refine our offerings and stay ahead of industry shifts. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications. Strategically plan and manage the company's participation in industry expos, trade shows, and conferences. Showcase products, nurture relationships, and generate leads. Potential to lead the sales team in Australia as we continue to grow. Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts for senior management's review. Skills and Experience: Must have a university degree/college diploma or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years' experience in selling ERP Solutions to end users (business development and sales capacity) A strong understanding of ERP Solutions and ERP Sales lifecycle in a sales capacity is essential Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Outstanding negotiation skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask Professional work ethic with the ability to work as part of the team Must be a Citizen or Permanent Visa holder How to apply All applications are to be submitted online – click APPLY.
