This team is growing and we are on the hunt for a Project Sales Specialist who wants to join a boutique agency driven by a dynamic, and vibrant team! You will be working along side a local developer and builder with over 28 years of experience encompassing local businesses to build high quality luxury apartments and change the skyline in the heart of Newcastle. What's in it for you? - This team is local to Newcastle with all projects (active and pipeline) situated across the local region. NO Sydney or regional travel expectations. - ZERO cold calling requirements are attached to this role. You will be working with a high volume of daily in-bound leads along with maintaining the existing database. This will keep you more than busy! - Hands on exposure to the complete project sales cycle . This is NOT a lead generation position. This role will require to prioritise client inquiries, hot leads, buyer qualifying, conducting face-to-face display suite appointments, attending apartment inspections, client care and all the in-betweens that ensure meticulous service and communication is provided. - First Class display suites will be your base camp and somewhere you will definitely be proud to showcase. You will be selling luxury highrise apartments and the display suites complement not only the high level of quality your clients can expect but also the professionalism and commitment to the end product. - A product you will love and love to sell! These apartments epitomise luxury and the constant high volume of demand is testament to the product. Selling something you appreciate makes the process all the more enjoyable and effortless (for all parties involved). - In-house training and mentorship , you will be working directly under the company Director and will benefit from his years of experience across the property industry and expertise in coaching high performing sales specialists. - Success mapping , this team are all about setting you up to win. They will provide the road map to success, work with you on an individual basis to achieve personal goals and support your ongoing progress. - Career Progression avenues, this role is being created due to company growth. General gist of the role: - Manage and convert a high volume of inbound sales leads - Sell off-the-plan, high-rise luxury residential apartments to both owner-occupiers and investors - Conduct one-on-one appointments, walk-ins, and display suite presentations - Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipeline data - Serve as the key point of contact for purchasers throughout the sales and settlement process - Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to drive buyer engagement - Problem-solve and proactively manage buyer expectations and queries - Assist with display suite operations and general administrative support Ideal Candidate: - Someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment and understands the process of off-the-plan sales from enquiry to settlement. - Not afraid to pick up the phone! This role and your success in it is heavily dependent in your initiative to hit the phones, service the high volume of inbound leads and maintain the HUGE database. - Flexibility to accommodate client demands and appointment requests, this is no 9-5 role and will see you working outside the 'norm' in a working week including Saturday expectations. - Being a team player will be crucial! You will be working with a tight-knit team that collectively support one-another and share the wins. Being reliable and dependable will be reciprocated from your team members and ensure you love what you do and who you are doing it with! A standout candidate? - Previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded!
