About the Role In this dynamic position, you'll play a key part in managing end-to-end customer service and operational tasks, ensuring shipments are processed efficiently and client expectations are exceeded. Key Responsibilities Receive and process purchase orders and pre-alerts Maintain accurate records and ensure database/system integrity Track shipments and proactively update clients on status Coordinate timely deliveries with internal and external stakeholders Liaise with overseas offices, suppliers, and relevant industry contacts About You To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: Previous experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or a similar logistics environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise under pressure Sound administrative skills and proficiency with common PC applications What are the benefits?
