The Opportunity We are seeking a well-rounded Maintenance Administrator to provide essential secretarial and administrative support to the maintenance department at Kingfisher Bay Resort. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this pivotal role supports the smooth and efficient operation of the Maintenance Department. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organisational and time management abilities to proficiently undertake a broad range of tasks: Key Responsibilities Include: General administrative and secretarial duties Accounts payable and invoice processing Stock ordering, tracking and distribution Coordination of contractors and service providers Scheduling maintenance activities and managing documentation Assisting in compliance and reporting tasks Providing high-level administrative support to ensure departmental goals are achieved This is permanent full-time 'live off' position that requires the willingness to travel by barge from River Heads to Kingfisher Bay Resort, K'gari, Monday to Friday.
